AMY's BIO

Amy grew up in Pilot Point and graduated from Pilot Point’s J. Earl Selz High School. She is married to Corey, who is also a native of Pilot Point. They are the parents of three wonderful children: Hayden, Hastings, and Hazely.

Amy has served in multiple leadership roles including children’s Sunday school teacher, hospitality team member, and small group leader. She graduated from the University of North Texas where she received her Master’s in Special Education. Amy currently teaches at Choice Learning Academy, a private Christian school located at Calvary Baptist Church. When not teaching, Amy enjoys biking, reading, and attending her kid’s sporting events.

Her favorite verse of scripture is Philippians 4:6 “Do not worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
